Coach with R5 Play 🧑‍🏫

Do you love sport and love helping others grow? R5 Play is always looking for dedicated, passionate coaches to join our team. Whether you're an ex-competitive athlete or a certified instructor, there's a place for you here.

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for youth and community sport
• Relevant sport certifications (preferred but not always required)
• Experience coaching or instructing at any level
• Patience, energy, and a positive attitude
• Valid vulnerable sector check (required before starting)

3. Complete a background check application
4. Interview with the sport director
5. Attend onboarding orientation before your first session

Onboarding and Support

• Paid orientation and coaching development training
• Access to R5 Play curriculum and session plans
• Ongoing mentorship and annual performance reviews
• Flexible part-time and seasonal positions available
