Volunteers are the backbone of R5 Play events. Whether you're a sport enthusiast, a parent looking to get involved, or a student needing community hours — there's a meaningful role for you here.

Volunteer Roles Available

• Event Support — registration, directing athletes, scorekeeping
• Junior Coach Assistant — help lead sessions with younger athletes
• Equipment Manager — set up and break down gear before/after sessions
• Community Outreach — promote R5 Play at local events and schools
• Photography/Media — capture moments for our community highlights

How to Sign Up

1. Complete our online volunteer application at r5play.ca/volunteer
2. Indicate your availability and preferred roles
3. Attend a brief volunteer orientation (virtual or in-person)
4. Get assigned to upcoming events and start making an impact!

What to Expect

• Flexible scheduling — volunteer as much or as little as you like
• R5 Play volunteer t-shirt for active volunteers
• Community service hours letters available on request
• A team that genuinely appreciates your time
