Equipment & What to Bring

Here’s what to pack for Brava. Keep it simple.

What Your Daughter Needs for Training

Getting ready for Brava FC is easy. Here's everything your daughter needs to bring to each session.

Required Equipment

  • Soccer cleats: Firm ground (FG) cleats are recommended for outdoor grass fields. Any brand works — they don't need to be expensive.
  • Shin guards: Required for every session. Safety comes first.
  • Water bottle: Staying hydrated is essential, especially during evening sessions. Please send a full water bottle with your daughter.
  • Comfortable athletic clothing: Shorts or athletic pants, a t-shirt or jersey, and athletic socks that cover the shin guards.

Nice to Have (But Not Required)

  • Soccer ball: We'll have balls available for training, but having their own ball at home for extra practice is always a good idea (size 4 for this age group)
  • Light jacket or hoodie: Evenings can get cool — a layer to put on during breaks is handy
  • Bug spray/sunscreen: Depending on the time of year, outdoor protection helps
  • Hair ties: Long hair should be tied back for safety and comfort

What's Provided

  • Training equipment (cones, pinnies, balls, goals, etc.)

A Note on Cost
