Parent / guardian agreement

When you accept a competitive spot with Caledon United FC, you’re agreeing to a few parent basics. Here’s the warm version — the signed PDF is the real document.

What you’re signing up for

  • Follow the club’s Code of Conduct, by-laws, and governing docs (on the club website under Information → Governing Documents & Resources)
  • Keep a positive attitude — referees, team officials, and the other team are people too. Well-being beats the scoreline
  • Respect team rules from your coaches and managers
  • Get players to events on time and ready, and give plenty of notice if you’ll miss
  • The commitment runs the whole season (outdoor roughly April–October; indoor roughly November–March — your PHIGL calendar may stretch a bit longer)
  • You’re responsible for full registration and team fees for the season, even with vacation or time away. Season-ending injury with medical docs may be an exception
  • If you leave mid-season, the club won’t sign a transfer until financial obligations are met
  • Breaking the agreement can mean discipline under club policy, including “Not in Good Standing” with CSC and PHSA
