Playing up & Fast Track

Underage Grassroots players need a Fast Track form. Only three underage players are allowed per age and gender.

Courtney (Grassroots Manager) coordinates the Fast Track forms for each player, then the club submits for district / Ontario Soccer approval. PowerUp opens for that player once approval is in.

Forms

• Fast Track U7–U8 (PDF)
• Fast Track U9–U11 (PDF)

U12–U13 Fast Track lives in the staff kit if you need it later.

Playing up in PHIGL also needs PHSA technical committee approval (league rule).
